Show administrators are able to take bookings over the phone and update the database on the customer's behalf if required.
It is fully database driven and ecommerce ready. Using Flash, the customer knows exactly which spaces are either available, pending payment or have been fully booked.
There is a facility to book multiple stalls in the same transaction and order supplemental items such as chairs, electricity and desks.
Clicking on a marquee will allow your customer to see the relevant stall layout contained within and book accordingly. Showgrounds can be configured to have multiple show fields

Customer administration is simple, intuitive and enables stall price negotiation, approval of requests and allows moving customers to alternate locations. As all the data is stored in a database many usefull reports can be processed such as a stall by stall breakdown, sorted in alphabetical order by stallholder, for easy inclusion into pamphlets and show guides. Exception reports can be performed to identify outstanding payments for customers that opt to pay by cheque.
